Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand

  • I have the right to decline any order for any reason

PAYMENT

  • Currency accepted is either EURO or USD and can be paid through PayPal or any Dutch payment method like Tikkie or a direct Bank Transfer.

​

  • Commissions are paid either 100% upfront or in 2 parts. Either 50% & 50% or 70% & 30%. 

​

  • Don't Send me the money before i have fully agreed on giving you a slot and request the money.* Only applies when comissioning through dms or email.

PROCESS
& DELIVERY

  • The time it will take for me to finish your commission varies between 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as health, difficulty of the request and work.

​

  • Once I have finished the piece and have received the full payment you will receive the full-resolution image without a watermark. You will get 2 versions; One with a background and a PNG.

​

                        NOTE: No physical product. Only digital

REVISIONS

  • You get unlimited revisions in the sketch phase.

​

  • After the sketch phase you get 5 round of (simple) changes before I start asking for a fee.

​

  • When you want me to change something big after approving the sketch I will ask for a fee depending on the change

​

  • Colour changes are unlimited! Don't be scared to mention the colours are off, I will change it if you ask nicely

COPYRIGHT
& USAGE

  • I, CyberFact (the artist):
    â—‰ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
    â—‰ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
    â—‰ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
    â—‰ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
    â—‰ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

  • You (the customer/commissioner):
    â—‰ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
    â—‰ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
    â—‰ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
    â—‰ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
    â—‰ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
    â—‰ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

  • The following is considered copyright infringement:​
     â—‰ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
    â—‰ Claiming the artwork as your own
    â—‰ Altering the artwork without my consent

CANCELLATION
& REFUND POLICY

  • The buyer can't ask for a refund after I have started the commission.

           - I will let you know when I have started on your commission.

​

  • If for any reason at all I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

​

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

​

  • If you are getting a refund and you have payed through PayPal do not ask for a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

​

  • If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

What do you get?

  • Drafts/Sketches that you must decide which one I should continue with (The amount may differ depending on the difficulty of the commission)

  • Sketch you must accept before I start the process of line art and colouring

​

  • Insight of every step | Sketch > Line Art > Colouring > Shading > Background.

​

  • Full resolution image (Approx. 4000 x 4000px at 350DPI or 2500 x 2500px at 350DPI)

  • Humans | Humanoid

  • Original Characters, Fanart and Fan Characters

​

  • Gore/Body Horror

​

  • Anything LGTBQIA+ related

​

  • Suggestive clothing and poses

​

  • Scars

WHAT I WON'T/CAN'T DRAW

  • Animals 

​

  • Fetish art

​

  • Difficult Armor | Full Mecha

​

  • Hate Art / Romanticization of Illnesses

​

  • Anything I am uncomfortable with / Cannot draw

​
